How to Deposit on BongoBongo Uganda

Depositing on BongoBongo Uganda is simple and takes only a few minutes before you can start playing. You can choose between USSD (Airtel) or depositing online through our website (MTN and Airtel).

Depositing via Airtel Money (currently not available)

1. Dial *185# to access your Airtel Money menu.

2. Select option 4 (Pay Bill).

3. Select option 9 (Others).

4. Enter the business number 555881 (for BongoBongo).

5. Enter the amount you wish to deposit (minimum amount: UGX 1,000).

6. Enter a reference/reason for payment.

7. Select 1 to confirm your payment.

8. Enter your Airtel Money PIN.

9. You will receive an SMS that confirms your deposit transaction.

Depositing Online via Our Website

1. Log in to your BongoBongo Uganda account.

2. Select Deposit from the top menu.

3. Enter the amount you wish to deposit (minimum amount: UGX 1,000).

4. Click Deposit.

5. Enter your mobile money PIN to confirm the transaction.

6. You will receive an SMS that confirms your deposit transaction.

7. Done! Refresh the page to ensure your deposit has been updated.

Important Notes

BongoBongo does not charge any fees for deposit or withdrawal transactions. However, your mobile operator might charge a fee.
